1. Digital service only
FastComply Books is online accounting software supplied by KSAN Industries LLP. No physical goods are shipped, so shipping charges, courier delivery and physical returns do not apply.
2. Activation
During early access, we confirm invitations individually. Joining an interest list or sending an enquiry does not create a workspace. The free period begins when the organisation is activated, not when you request an invitation.
When paid subscriptions are enabled, activation is provided electronically to the verified account following confirmed payment and required account verification. We aim to activate within one business day; if access is not available, contact support@fastcomply.com with your order reference. Payment is not proof of statutory filing or tax payment.
3. Access problems
Check the account email and use only the official sign-in link supplied with activation. Contact support@fastcomply.com for a missing invitation or inaccessible service. If a paid service cannot be activated or supplied, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
