1. Who provides the service

FastComply and FastComply Books are brands of KSAN Industries LLP, India (we, us or Provider). This agreement covers our business accounting software and related support. It is not an agreement to supply jewellery or financial products. Contact legal@fastcomply.com for contract enquiries and support@fastcomply.com for service issues.

An adult user must expressly accept the displayed agreement before using the SaaS workspace. An organisation administrator accepting on behalf of a business represents that they have authority to do so. Each invited user must also accept the user obligations. Do not accept if you lack that authority.

2. Service scope and early access

The service assists with accounting, transaction entry, document extraction, reconciliation and compliance review. Only features and limits specified in your activated plan are included. A preview, demonstration or roadmap is not a promise that a feature is generally available.

Invited early-access organisations receive six calendar months without software subscription fees from activation, with the dates and limits shown in their account. No card is required and the offer does not automatically become a paid subscription. Paid use requires a separate, explicit selection showing the price, taxes, billing period and renewal conditions. Early access may contain defects and does not include an uptime guarantee unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Review of AI, calculations and compliance suggestions

AI-generated content, OCR extraction, matching suggestions, ledger classifications, GST/RCM/ITC treatment, TDS/TCS sections, rates, thresholds, due dates and other guidance are assistance for review. They may be incomplete, outdated, incorrectly inferred or unsuitable for the facts of your transaction. A confidence label, balanced journal, warning-free screen or successful save is not confirmation of legal correctness.

Before applying, posting, filing, paying or otherwise relying on an output, you must verify the original evidence, business identity, financial year and effective date, applicable law and notifications, transaction facts, rates, exemptions, cumulative thresholds and calculations. Obtain advice from a qualified accountant, tax adviser or lawyer where appropriate. You may edit or reject suggestions. Do not use the service as your sole source of professional advice.

You remain responsible for the information and instructions you supply, decisions you approve, statutory registrations, accurate records, returns, payments and deadlines. Provider does not become your accountant, tax agent, authorised filer, auditor or legal adviser merely because you use the service. No government filing or payment is authorised solely by accepting this agreement.

These review obligations do not excuse our own obligations under this agreement or applicable law. Report suspected errors promptly and retain source records and independent exports.

4. Accounts, access and acceptable use

Use accurate account information, protect credentials, grant only appropriate permissions and promptly revoke access that is no longer needed. Notify security@fastcomply.com of suspected compromise. You are responsible for authorised users and instructions within your reasonable control; this does not make you responsible for a breach caused by our failure to meet our obligations.

Do not upload unlawful content, access another tenant, bypass limits or security, interfere with availability, infringe rights or use the service for fraud. Security reports made responsibly and without accessing others’ data are welcome.

5. Your data and our intellectual property

You retain rights in your business data. You authorise us and service providers bound by appropriate obligations to host, transmit and process it only to operate, secure, support and provide the agreed service, and as required by law. This permission is not a transfer of ownership or a general right to sell your accounting data.

You must have lawful authority to upload personal data and documents relating to staff, customers, suppliers and other people. We retain rights in the software, brand and documentation and grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use them during your authorised access. Privacy and data-processing details are in our Privacy Policy.

6. Payments, cancellation and refunds

Paid subscriptions are not currently offered during the invitation pilot. If paid subscriptions become available, the checkout order and published Refund & Cancellation Policy apply. Charges are in INR with applicable GST disclosed before payment.

No paid renewal or recurring mandate is created without explicit authorisation. You may request cancellation through billing@fastcomply.com. Cancellation does not itself erase your records or waive a valid refund right.

7. Availability, changes and exit

We use reasonable care to operate and maintain the service. Internet, provider or government-system outages may affect it. We do not promise that every defect will be detected, every transaction will be classified correctly, or every deadline will be identified.

We may restrict access for a material breach, security threat or legal requirement, proportionately and with notice and an opportunity to remedy where practicable. We will not use suspension to remove mandatory consumer rights. Contact support for access and export assistance. Maintain independent copies of records you are legally required to preserve.

Material changes to the agreement will be notified and presented for renewed acceptance before affected use. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter a completed paid order without lawful agreement. If you do not accept, discontinue affected use and contact us about export and closure.

8. Disclaimers and reasonable limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and suggestions are provided without a warranty of uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, fitness for a particular transaction, or any particular tax, compliance or commercial outcome. No disclaimer overrides an express commitment in your order or a mandatory legal right.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business opportunities arising under this agreement. Provider is not responsible for an assessment, penalty or loss to the extent caused by inaccurate input, an unauthorised change, or reliance on a suggestion without the verification reasonably required by section 3.

Subject to the exceptions below, Provider’s total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of the subscription fees paid by the affected organisation for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim and INR 1,000. Related events are treated together. This limit applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights. No term prevents a complaint to a competent regulator or court.

9. Third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Provider for reasonable, finally awarded losses or approved settlements from third-party claims caused by your unlawful content, infringement or deliberate misuse of the service. This does not cover loss caused by Provider’s breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

Provider must give prompt notice, allow reasonable participation in the defence and take reasonable steps to mitigate loss. No settlement imposing an admission, payment or obligation on you may be agreed without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.

10. Law, disputes and contact

Indian law governs this agreement. Parties should first attempt resolution by writing to legal@fastcomply.com. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes; this clause does not displace mandatory consumer forums, regulatory remedies or non-waivable rights.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue. Waiver of one breach is not waiver of another. Save a copy of the version you accept. Your acceptance record identifies the version and time; a later edited web page does not replace that accepted version.
